Treatment Methods
From dry needling and manual therapy to MTT in a professional gym: we choose the method to match your assessment — not the other way round. Here you will find what we use, who it suits and who will treat you.
Our methods
- Dry Needling — releasing trigger points with a fine needle
- Manual Therapy — targeted mobilisation of joints, muscles and nerves
- Massage — sports, classic and medical massage
- Lymphatic Drainage — gently reducing swelling after surgery or injury
- Craniosacral Therapy — gentle complementary therapy, at our Kloten location
- Medical Training Therapy (MTT) — assessment-led training on professional equipment
- Shockwave Therapy — radial pressure waves for stubborn tendon complaints
- Jaw Therapy (TMJ/TMD) — jaw pain, clicking and teeth grinding
Good to know
Physiotherapy methods such as dry needling, manual therapy, lymphatic drainage and MTT are covered by basic health insurance (with a doctor’s prescription) or, after an accident, by accident insurance (UVG) — or you can simply book as a self-payer. Massage and craniosacral therapy are billed via supplementary insurance (EMR-recognised). If you are unsure which method fits your situation, we clarify it together during your initial assessment.
