Running Analysis (Runeasi)
Video running analysis with Runeasi on the treadmill. 60 minutes. Cadence, ground contact, impact load, leg axis and symmetry — you see what your technique costs you and where load builds up. Included in the Run Technique package (CHF 349) together with soleus maximal strength, jump tests and leg-axis stability — detailed analysis with training recommendations included.
At a glance
- Duration: 60 minutes on the treadmill, in your own running shoes
- Price: CHF 150 as a single test — included in the Run Technique and All-In packages
- Suitability: from age 14; also for return to running after an injury
- You receive: PDF report + video frames — cadence, ground contact, load, symmetry
Six measurements. Your running technique in numbers.
- Cadence (steps/min) — steps per minute at your pace. Used to detect overstriding and to steer step frequency.
- Ground contact time (ms) — how long each foot stays on the ground. Running economy and fatigue behaviour.
- Impact load (g) — the force peak at landing. Load on shins, knees and hips.
- Dynamic stability (%) — control of pelvis and trunk at foot strike. Leg axis and compensation patterns.
- Left/right symmetry (% difference) — both sides compared across all values. Injury risk and return to running.
- Video frames — foot strike, leg axis and upper body in slow motion. Concrete technique pointers.
What your PDF report contains
- All measured parameters, put in context
- Two to three concrete technique or training pointers
- A recommendation for the next 8–12 weeks
- A re-test recommendation with the option to compare results
Frequently asked before booking
What actually happens during the running analysis?
You run on the treadmill at two to three paces — easy to brisk. The Runeasi sensor measures impact, stability and symmetry while the camera records foot strike, leg axis and upper body. Afterwards we look at the recordings together.
Which shoes should I bring?
The shoes you normally run in — not the new pair. If you are torn between two models, bring both.
Who is the running analysis for?
Runners with recurring complaints (shins, Achilles, knees, hips), anyone returning to running after an injury, and everyone who wants to improve their technique with data instead of guesswork.
What do I actually get out of it?
Two to three concrete technique pointers and a recommendation on load management — what to do differently over the coming weeks, rather than a list of findings.
When does a re-test make sense?
After 8–12 weeks of technique or strength work, or when complaints return — within 12 weeks with a 10% discount.
Running analysis: CHF 150 · 60 minutes · Kloten. Re-test within 12 weeks: 10% discount.
Booking: lactate testing can be booked online via the booking page; all other diagnostics are booked by phone — 044 803 91 19 (Kloten). Testing sessions are held in German or English.
