Physiotherapy Services
Every treatment at Halle 41 starts with a thorough assessment: we want to understand the cause, not just treat the symptom. From there we build a plan that combines hands-on treatment with active rehabilitation.
Physiotherapy & rehabilitation
With a medical prescription, physiotherapy is covered by Swiss basic health insurance. We treat sports injuries, prepare and follow up surgery (knee, shoulder, hip, ACL, Achilles and more — see rehab before & after surgery), and guide you back to sport and everyday life with clear, measurable milestones.
Methods we work with
- Manual therapy — joint and soft-tissue techniques to restore mobility and reduce pain
- Dry needling — fine needles applied to muscular trigger points, performed by specifically trained therapists
- Medical training therapy (MTT) — supervised, assessment-led strength training in our gym, on the same equipment professional athletes use
- Lymphatic drainage — after surgery or injury, and as a complementary treatment
- Shockwave therapy — for stubborn tendon complaints such as heel spurs and tennis elbow
- Jaw therapy (TMJ/TMD) — jaw pain, clicking and teeth grinding
All methods at a glance: treatment methods.
Massage & complementary therapy
Medical massage, sports massage, craniosacral therapy and foot reflexology are available without a prescription. Most Swiss supplementary insurance plans cover these treatments through our EMR-recognised therapists — check your plan or ask us.
Nutrition counselling
Training, recovery and nutrition belong together: our nutrition counselling in Kloten offers structured packages with transparent prices — from performance nutrition to weight management and rehab support.
