Ablauf der Therapie

Das Training findet unter Aufsicht statt, wird aber selbstständig durchgeführt. In der Physiotherapie respektive im Fitnesscenter ist eine Fachperson vor Ort, die bei allfälligen Fragen zur Verfügung steht.

Bei einem Ersttermin wird ein individueller Trainingsplan für dich erstellt. Danach gibt es ein bis zwei Kontrolltermine innerhalb der folgenden drei bis vier Monate im MTT. Bei den Kontrollterminen werden Fragen beantwortet, die Qualität der Übungen kontrolliert sowie die Intensität und der Trainingsplan angepasst.

Dauer

Die normale Dauer der MTT beträgt drei Monate. Bei uns bekommst du mehr. Die Halle 41 will ihren Patient:innen die bestmögliche Therapie bieten und erlaubt die unbegrenzte Nutzung der Halle 41 Infrastruktur der Standorte Zürich und Kloten Steinackerstrasse während vier statt drei Monaten. Dabei verpflichtest du dich, mindestens zwei bis drei Mal pro Woche während den betreuten Öffnungszeiten zu trainieren.

Auf ärztliche Verordnung hin werden die Kosten im Normalfall von der Grundversicherung der Krankenkasse (abzüglich Franchise/Selbstbehalt) sowie der Unfallversicherung übernommen. Vor Beginn der MTT wird durch die Halle 41 ein Kostengutsprachegesuch bei der Versicherung eingeholt. Bei einem negativen Entscheid kann die MTT auch privat bezahlt werden.

Nach Beendigung der drei bzw. vier Monate wird die Abrechnung über die vom Arzt verordneten Termine durch die Halle 41 an die zuständige Versicherung gesendet.

Hohe Franchise oder abgelehnte Kostengutsprache?

Möglicherweise ist es für Patienten günstiger, ein Fitness-Abo über vier Monate mit unbegrenzter Anzahl Eintritte für CHF 550 (inkl. Einschreibegebühr, exkl. Kartendepot) zu lösen, als 27 oder 36 MTT-Eintritte über die Versicherung.
